Finished beautifully front and back. Signed on the front with my signature in gold pen and dated on the back.
It is painted on the edges so no need for framing.
Protected with a matt sealant to protect against uv light to stop fading.
This piece is hand painted on a box canvas. This painting has many acrylic and oil layers that build up the colours and depth.
This comes ready to hang and shipped in safe & packaging. This painting was completed in 2022.

Settlers Track: NZ Landscape painting.
My family and I often walk ‘Settlers Track’ which is a great walk to do in the centre of Cambridge, my home town.
It is just a short walk but it ventures across some beautiful willow trees, such as this painting, and a beautiful waterfall. There are many walking tracks on both sides of the river that go down under the high level bridge and they are a fantastic way to spend the afternoon with the family.
This particular day I captured this image where the light was hitting the water and the leaves on the tree and I just knew that I needed to paint it. I did a timelapse painting showing how I painted this painting and its great to look back on my process. I do hope to paint this on a bigger canvas.
Futhermore I adore all of the colours in this painting, hence I always want my works to look consistent. I use six or seven colours in my paintings. With this in mind I am trying to achieve harmony within my whole landscape series.
