Finished beautifully front and back. Signed on the front with my signature in gold pen.
It is painted on the edges so no need for framing.
Protected with a matt sealant to protect against uv light to stop fading.
This piece is hand painted on board. This painting has many oil/acrylic layers that build up the colours and depth.
This comes ready to hang and shipped in safe & packaging. This painting was completed in 2020.

Mai Mai at Rotoehu NZ Landscape Painting is of a lake where we often visit.
The Mai Mai is situated up one of the arms of the lake and it is such a great looking Mai Mai with heaps of character. It is a spot where my husband and my son often wakeboard and the water is so calm, like glass.
When I took this particular shot the water level was very high on the lake but now when we go past it, it has a beach in front of it.
I thought to try something a bit unique I would paint this scene on an oval board.
Futhermore I would like for all of my works to look consistent so I only use six or seven colours in my paintings. I am trying to achieve harmony within the painting and my whole landscape series.
