Finished beautifully front and back. Signed on the front with my signature in gold pen and dated on the back.
It is painted on the edges so no need for framing.
Protected with a matt sealant to protect against uv light to stop fading.
This piece is hand painted on a box canvas. This painting has many acrylic and oil layers that build up the colours and depth.
This comes ready to hang and shipped in safe & packaging. This painting was completed in 2022.

Colours of Cambridge: NZ Landscape painting. Permission was given from a professional photographer for me to use the image.
The strong colours of the sunset was what drew me to this image.
This painting is of the high level bridge at sunset. The high level bridge is a very iconic piece of landscape in our town of Cambridge and I thought it would be great to capture it in an oil painting. Cambridge is my home town and the bridge joins both Leamington and Cambridge together.
There are many walking tracks on both sides of the river that go down under the structure of the bridge. In addition our family has often taken our boat up and down the Waikato River so that we can enjoy this very view.
Futhermore I adore all of the colours in this painting, hence I always want my works to look consistent. I use six or seven colours in my paintings. With this in mind I am trying to achieve harmony within my whole landscape series.
